1. What information do we collect, for what purpose and through which technical means?
In general, storing personal information is required:
- if you use our contact form
- if you use our support system
- if there is a simple need for the site to remember you between visits and adapt itself to your needs or wishes
- to allow you to receive further information that you have requested, such as newsletters and information updates
We store the information that you provide on the registration form for our support system. The information you provide is used for our internal purpose like following up on your support question.
We also store certain additional information (listed below) relating to the activity on the support request that we create for you, so that we can protect both your identity and the integrity of the systems that you access.
The additional information is used to diagnose and resolve problems and to deal with security incidents. Much of it relates to attempts to use an identity.
When using Lehmann Brother Games services, system and user-related data is collected automatically and without any further action on the part of the user. For example, when you visit the LehmannBroGames website, the general specifications of your internet browser (e.g. type and version), time of access and the related IP address (an individual address associated with your internet connection at this time), as well as system configuration details (e.g. screen resolution and operating system version) are collected and recorded in server logs. 2. Coverage analysis, tracking and analysis
As described in 2.1, we have no interest in monitoring the surfing behaviour of our page visitors, nor do we track what you do on the internet after using Lehmann Brother Games services.
However, we have a justified interest in the optimisation, further development and demand-oriented design of our services and in being able to better assess the benefits of our advertising measures and to remunerate them in accordance with contractual obligations. The information generated by this cookie about your use of LehmannBroGames internet pages is transmitted to Google’s servers in the United States of America and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on the affected LehmannBroGames websites, however, your IP address is abbreviated by Google from within the European Union member states or other signatories to the agreement via the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Tracking and analysis
In order to optimise Lehmann Brother Games services and especially the online games for a better user experience, we would like to understand how our services are used and whether optimisations and new functions are successfully accepted.
As a rule, the relevant information is aggregated so that we can extrapolate results from the collection of individual data points, which in most cases cannot be traced back to individual users.
3. Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?
By registering a support question through the support system, using the contact form or applying for our newsletter, you authorise use of the details you have entered in the registration only for our internal purpose of processing your information.
Our service administrators can view all of the data pertaining to a particular user. This helps them to perform duties such as helping users with problems and diagnosing suspected security incidents.
4. How do we protect and safeguard your information?
Lehmann Brother Games stores your personal information in secure computers and your information can only be accessed by authorised internal persons.
The information you sent us is always encrypted on the network.
The details about your registered support questions are available only to yourself and the service person from our site.
Notes:
If you have registered a support question you should never reveal your support ticket number and email adress to anybody else as this gives them access to your support issue.

Since it is collected automatically, it is not possible to modify any of the technical data held by the support service.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Registered data during registering a support issue stay for as long as your support question is active and for a period of one year thereafter.
Data from the Support Service is backed up regularly to ensure a correct system restore if necessary to restart operations. Furthermore all sensitive actions on the system are logged, including each request. These logs (log files) are rotated regularly and removed from the active system after a maximum of six months..
